Great foam but terrible luck with the pump

Gifted from baby shower. I’ve used two bottles now and both have had issues with the pump. When it does come out as foam, it’s great. But that pump doesn’t work well and it takes a lot of effort to push out.

Been using Babyganic Chamomile Verbena body wash for years HOWEVER the new formula (with the frogs) it’s TERRIBLE, it doesn’t clean the skin it feel’s greasy/slipper with a film that just doesn’t wash off even after so many rinses. I hate it!! . Bring back the formula we all loved for years.
